Trending @Infosys; My management is forcing me to work in 2-11 shift

My management is forcing me to work in 2-11 shifts, I have severe migraine conditions, how do I get away from this? I am ready to produce medical certificates for this, but the manager is asking for support from 12-9 without incentives as an alternative. The work environment is getting very toxic.
