I am CL12 and never ever this happened before that CL12 guy never got promoted because they get such a low salary (around 30k) , imagine living in different city with this 😔

I checked , my length of service is 3yr 10 months, but my MAL shows 77 months. Like how is it possible? Anyone knows?
