You will not get a bonus ...vp is only paid if you are active on the salary day of vp month

Depends on your project. FYI, we are entitled to get Sept to Feb month variable in May as per Accenture performance cycle. Ideally, you served the client and Accenture during that period you should get. But, organizations/projects don't always follow "ideal" way.
