My life got fucked at TCS. Help me?

My manager has told me that I will not get an appraisal at all. This is because I did not have enough billable hours. What do I do? I was on bench for almost 6 months and I thought chilling is nice but this could potentially ruin my career as I can't find a job anywhere else.

Should I try switching to Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture etc? Can anyone tell me what these companies are like?

Hardly matters man. Used to work at TCS and it shattered my self confidence. I had to resign because of the anxiety.
