My last working day is nearing soon in couple of weeks, what things i should focus on. Exit hr asked for lot of documents and details.

Yes following all policies, but hr is irritating me for taking sick leaves in notice period. On average i am putting 2 sick leaves weekly

But we are allowed to take sick leaves during notice period right? So they shouldn't have any problem with this.

They need reason to irritate resource, since they are not able to find replacement resource, so they are targeting me.

Providing documents Ensuring you are compliant to all policies Incase of any issues the HR informs you sooner than later Ensure you get employment tenure letter and other docs from the organisation Ensure all your handover bits are completed

Then just focus and zone in on your life bruv. Congratulations for getting out of this hell hole.

What are the document asked? And i thought they will provide document to us like reliving letter and stuff.

I haven't checked completely, its full of process. Need to attend exit process call to understand. Whatever process it is, always make employee life hell with lot of things.
