Trending @Infosys; My last day at infosys

Finally after 3 yrs i have left infosys. I have a mixed experience here. Loved working in projects initially but sadly once i resigned my managers attitude changed…i am being judged now for my last few months of work . Got an outstanding and commendable in my 3 yrs stint yet sad they didn’t have a decency to gave a farewell or even a call.

Reason of his attitude could be that i was give a 3%hike after 3 yrs. i should have chosen slavery over asking for my rightful hike.

Or it could be that i asked to retain freshers as training every 6months a new fresher and they eventually learn and leave is not something i am looking for.

Or it could be i should just deliver project without considering my work life balance.

Kind of happy today that I left. If a leadership ignores you once you have resigned then that org has some big egocentric ideologies and slave mentality.

What i will miss are the rants about hikes and variable pay…always felt “i am alone”

What i feel is folks , infosys competition will be HCL and Genpact in few days ..run to save ur career if you want to grow

Hey, give us some golden advice before leaving. After how many years we should leave the organisation considering salary hike and designation. I have a decade of experience but not In IT. So here I have started from scratch.

See..if you started recently then stay for atleast 3-4 yrs to understand the trick of trade in IT…for you learning is imp…hikes and packages can come later

What i meant is infy is compared to tcs , capgemini or even accenture …in few days it will be just hcl and genpact…cause the above mentioned companies will be like a big 4 to infy management …infy is living in their glorious past… now they dnt have good projects…all experienced good employees left…their training is nt great as it used to be
