My last date of allocation in previous project was 29th aug.meanwhile i got a confirmation from another project,but rmg is not allowing me.
Which location , grade and YOE ? Did you give consent to the project which is rmg forcing you to join by any chance unknowingly?
Bangalore C2 grade 6 years experience. Yes I had to agree to RMG only for which they said they will enable my access. But my another project manager for which I got mail confirmation they are ready to onboard me.Rmg is very strong in not allocating me to that project
I don’t think getting a project also will help u now. Even if u get rmg won’t allow u to get allocated. Don’t waste time and prepare to switch. I have seen this happen with many. It’s a myth that u ll get a project
And they are forcing me to attend interview of another project only if I agree to that they will enable my access,while I already have confirmation from another project and the project manager is ready to onboard me
RMG is not allowing me to take that project.not giving go ahead. I was approved planned leave and was sick and couldn't apply. While I was trying to apply my sick leave they suspended all my access and was asked to report to office inspite of my sickness.Why did the RMG didn't give a go ahead for my allocation from already confirmed project
