My laptop screen is not working(flickering) So can anyone tell me the process to claim the new laptop or any link to apply today and get the laptop by tomorrow?

Raise the ticket with IT support, your screen will get replaced as it is not beyond repair, and possibly your laptop will be in warranty. Otherwise they will need a project WBSE to change the screen.
