Yes, but it depends on the manager to release or not. I joined on 8 jan 2024 and did my performance rating, I got a GP rating and consistent performance delivered. I got 8% increment and released on DEC 2024 with arrer OCT 2024.

Nope you are not your annual will be next year. But you need to fill your quarterly review as per emails received.
