My job is a joke so does my salary.

I am constantly working hard for 4 years ever since i joined in TCS but for 2 years my hike is joke, constantly their is baised and full of politics within the project, i got band C , Despite of manager and team lead assurance. By end of the Day your the joker inbetween manager, team lead etc

Worked with 8yr exp and got 6.4 lpa and quit the job finally.. Still looking for another but happy that I left
