My internship at TCS is coming to an end. Does anyone know what happens next?

My internship at TCS (Prime) is coming to an end. Does anyone know what happens next? Will they offer a full-time position immediately, or does it usually take some time? Has anyone been in a similar situation?

I’m about to complete my degree I do have offer at tcs prime and Accenture.Compared to Accenture tcs pay is 3x

I would suggest to go with Accenture anyday for better career growth,work culture,pay and flexibility compared to TCS and your hike which will be revised based on performance time to time through appraisals that is done annual basis compared to TCS which is almost nothing with Accenture... Internship that too as TCS prime?It depends on your HR to whom you are currently assigned under,If they find a good project based on your role, that's fine or else move on by switching to some other good company..
