My hr round and salary negotiation completed on May 6th hr informed me that I will receive the offer in 2 weeks but decision pending.

But decision pendings keep on increasing daily by 4 and on May 12 th it is 23 green and 1 orange it will increase tomorrow also by 4 I guess because daily it is increasing what is this is this progress or anything because even on weekends it is increasing iam scared now because none of my frnds who selected got this many they only got 3 to 15 in between
