My HR has promised me for project release and I am about to discuss with my RMG for my release. Will I get released from my current project?

I have met my HR regarding my concern of my language barrier in my current project where no one including the clients is speaking in English and are speaking in Hindi and Marathi. I have stated my reasons as well. My HR has told that she will speak with RMG and will help in releasing from this project if there are no feasible solutions. If RMG has approved my reasons and concerns and agreed to help me along with my HR, what will be my chances for getting released from this project?
