Trending @Wipro; My Holidays are less than 10 days on MyTime

Hi guys,

My total holidays are actually 7 which is less than 10 as per the wipro policy and my manager is saying that he assigned me the same group as others but still they are having 10 leaves but i am only having 7 and told me that it could be back end issue. So for now i have created a ticket. Is anybody aware how does this actually work? Thanks

Check if the work location assigned to you is correct. It will be based on location and you shall have 10 holidays as per wipro

Yeah, I checked with my manager and he showed me that he assigned me in correct group as per my location.

What is your work location? Is it showing same in your psp/teams gallery?

some are displayed holidays as per client's

I checked with other colleagues who are in same location and with same clients as me. They have total 10 leaves.

Maybe some got cut for not following hybrid policy

No, i am talking about holidays we get for holi, diwali, independance day etc. They should be 10 for each year as per wipro policy. I am connecting with one of the HR but haven't got any solid reason so far.
