As you know, promotions from P to PA and PA to A levels in India are awarded quarterly for our service line.

To be eligible, associates must meet a defined set of criteria: rating, time at level, utilization, in-office compliance and SkillUp goals. Our service line then determines how many promotions are awarded based on a variety of factors, such as market and economic conditions, performance, the demand environment.

After an initial round of Q3 promotes awarded earlier this month, we are pleased to put through another batch which will also be effective October 1. Your HR partner will be reaching out to share details for your team.
