ohh, i had faced a similar situation. they gave me a new one. it was 2 months back.

Accenture stopped giving headsets from their own pocket, now it comes from project cost i.e. project wbse, so talk to your manager and raise request

Talked to manager he said to connect PMO for this, She said for now we are not raising ticket for Headsets.

My question is if i leave Accenture do i have pay for this Broken headset. Do we return headset also when we leave?
