My HCL account was deactivated recently and I reported to my base location and have submitted a letter to Hr stating that I will report to office 3 days a week. Anyone knows what’s the minimum hours we have to stay in office ? I heard someone saying minimum 4 hours, 6 hours. Can someone please confirm ?
Minimum 3 hours…. Acs will count 5 minutes as well if you have log your id card in ODC.
Just a little hack - if you have any friend in office who is visiting, give your id card to him and ask him to tap when he entered in odc and after logging out again tap your id for exit It will count the acs hours and for them you have visited the office. Its tried and tested and many people is doing this 🫡
It's extremely risky as well. 4 of my colleagues were directly removed from the organization for such kind of activities. I'd recommend start coming to office atleast 12 days in a month and 3 days in a week. It's not something so hard to accomplish. Everyone is doing the same. I'd suggest not to indulge in tailgating and all as HCL has zero tolerance policy towards tailgating.
Are you sure of the 3 hours after the new policy came into effect? I am a new joinee and started going from October 1st. I am making sure that I am staying for 3:30 hrs minimum.
At least you have to be present more than 6-7 hours, as it will mapped with your ACS hours
