My H1 got picked in 2024 lottery and the petition is also approved but they are not sending for stamping what should I do,

There are no new positions in us this year. They are sending people back to India if they can't get another project in 15 days. If they stamp your visa then they have to send you in a few months but they don't have positions. That is why they are delaying stamping.
