Start floating your resume in the market to know its current value. Cognizant doesn't always appreciate loyalty, unless you have a good mentor and are in a BU that recognises your contribution.

You should've switched during 2020-21. Try to upskill and switch asap. Unless you leave your comfort zone, you won't grow
