My grandfather loves getting scammed. Should we stop him?

He is the kind of person who lives a very simple life, saving a few rupees by taking the bus and not caring about his own comfort, which indirectly affects the family's comfort. He always wants all the work to be completed very quickly, so he tries to get in touch with these brokers who scam him left and right in front of our faces, but we can't do anything.

He tells them, 'I will give you all the money you need, but I want the work to be completed very fast,' which never happens despite that. He is dealing with property-related matters.

Not only this, but there are also some other cases where he paid money on behalf of someone (not even our relatives), and that person still hasn't paid back the amount, so again he is dealing with lawyer stuff. I don't know how to stop this. I come from a background where even 10 rupees matters to me. I just can't take it.
