My grade is C1 with 3.4 years of experience (YOE). Is it possible to get promoted to C2?

Yes but i would suggest switching, tcs is going to defer hikes and promotions in upcoming years and they are already doing lay offs in Hyderabad and other location, better switch from here

People are not getting promoted with A bands and you are expecting it with these C bands ...don't expect till 5 years at least your.
