My grade is C1 and I got ultimatix project. They mentioned role is development but no confirmation on the role. How is this project?

This is what I have heard about ultimatix account. I haven't worked in that account. So if it's development then you will learn things but financially it is not a great account. Because it's an internal unit, they have restrictions on appraisal, expenses, promotion, etc. no onsite as such
