My friend's TCS joining got delayed by 2 months. She is in tough financial condition due to her father's health issues. Anything she can do?

I would be careful about telling this to HR at TCS. They may not want to pick up liabilities.

Keep on giving interviews in other companies as well. Delay in joining is usual due to company finance and associate requirements
