My friend was telling me TCS is the best company that’s why people retire. Do you agree ? Suggest some reply to him?

Yes it's still is.. Trust me whatever you are seeing here now, happening in other companies for last 2 years..

Comparatively new to TCS, but this is the very 1st company in 14 years to deduct my QVA that too by 80%. Very heart breaking

New policy, changes etc are the 1st time happening in TCS but other co's seeing this from few yrs back.
