My friend left TCS 2 years back. He is in plans to join back again. Does TCS policy is aligned to this or they still have that old policy of blacklisting candidates wo left TCS at any point.

Last i heard that there should be 5yrs gap to rejoin into TCS. Don’t know what id the policy now. Here policies change every day! 😂

Its still under speculation as where such things are there. But having said that, there are a bunch of buggers sitting at the top with such narratives and still influencing such lame policies to get true.
