Trending @Accenture; My friend is pregnant for 10+ weeks ,she is not able to handle the work and take the personal care as well she asked a roll off

She asked a rolloff to her manager and he denies it and says sudden rolloff is impossible and at least it will take a time for 3months even for rolloff and resign both ,they are trying to convince, what actions can be taken at this time. Anyone could please help.

And her husband must not be having any issues and later wife will become unemployed and husband will give her taunts. What a scam this world is!

She can take Leave of absence if that doesn't impact her home expenses. Also raise a complaint to HR on this or try to reach senior manager if ur immediate lead doesn't care abt it

Write a mail to HR ,She is eligible for leaves irrespective of trimester and manager must find a way to take care of this by finding a solution convenient for both.NP is not 3 month for medical condition ,if negotiated well .
