4 years is a lot of time....100% people ask questions about this huge gap... And mind you people are terrible when it comes to understanding your reason for break... Anyways i am pretty much sure the interview will be grilling and salary will be bare minimum for the start...may be with time the person can catch up....

Ok but the issue is she is not getting any calls currently..also whatever she is applying ..none of them comes back so is there any policy regarding gap in the companies ..
