Trending @Infosys; My friend got beaten up by Infy Bouncers for Underperformance rating.

My friend got his Underperformance rating on Tuesday from his manager over the teams call. After listening to it he contested how can I get this rating where everyone else in the team got ME for similar work delivery. The next day they both met in the office and had arguments over the rating. Manager brought the HR along post lunch and asked him to come to cabin. He said the same thing and said he is not going to accept this rating. You guys do whatever you want. Later Manager had left and HR had called some sort of bouncers (2 people). Bouncers told him why are you not working properly and misbehaving with seniors. You just want salary but not want to your 10%. Then my friend said you stay out of it to the bouncer by saying get lost. He got angry and both the bouncer hit him and grabbed his collar and all. So stop asking about Underperformance rating, do your work. You are getting salary each month on time. Take care
