My friend faked 2 years of experience
My friend faked 2 years of experience on his resume and just cracked a 30 LPA job at a top product company. I've been grinding honestly and stuck at 12 LPA. Do background checks actually catch this, or is honesty just a weakness in 2025?
He will be caught sooner or later. Let's say he switches in future, and the company he joins does a thorough BGV, he will be caught.

They’ll definitely catch him sooner or later during a BVG check. PF verification is common now since every company has its own PF account and deposit history — that part can’t be faked.
Nakal me bhi akal lagti h.... If he got 30 lpa then he definitely had some talent to the card.
They just check if previous company exist or not and just call the HR or whoever is in charge of the company and verify ur details. That its … if ur frnd faked experience letter with some known company then they can’t catch him
