My first year so IPF=3.55
In may it is going to be one year so in my final anniversary appraisal i got overall 3.55. what does it indicate and will it impact my variable or salary?
I got a C band with 3.88 rating first year experience candidate. It depends on your unit

Yes for lateral hire for experience people thr should be no band and no hike
A band for ipf>4 B band for 3.5<ipf<4 C band for ipf<3.5 It depends on the team structure and bell curve too.
If it is FAV rating, no worries.. it doesnt matter in any appraisal.. Wait till next year for another ipf and band!!
You will not get any band now. And no salary hike as well. Last year it was same for. I got only ratings.
If you are lateral hire and d first year you got the band then no hike
