Be observant for few weeks/ couple of months
Try to learn as much as possible
Try to build good connect with senior experienced colleagues, you get to learn a lot of practical aspects from them if good bonding
Try to spend time going through learning material provided on company page
priorities learning practical and get hands on experience than running behind money
Follow discipline and routine in initial years
Don’t get into comfort zone
