  • Be observant for few weeks/ couple of months
  • Try to learn as much as possible
  • Try to build good connect with senior experienced colleagues, you get to learn a lot of practical aspects from them if good bonding
  • Try to spend time going through learning material provided on company page
  • priorities learning practical and get hands on experience than running behind money
