My father needs funds for his business. Which is the best way for me yo raise funds from the market?

So, My father has a buildings construction business where he needs funds as soon as some new project comes up. I want to help him in one of his new project for which I am willing to loan out 50-1cr from the matket and transfer that to my father business but I am not sure whether I should go with the OD(overdraft) or Personal Loan or Some other finance instrument.
