My Experience on TCS, joined on July 2024- synergy park
- Lots of unwanted paperwork during onboarding.
- Hr will act as prince wont pickup calls or respond to mails
- Getting ID card is like getting passport, will takes weeks of time.
- Got assigned to project BOA, No work till now😅.
- Food in office not worth w.r.t.cost
- Food plates used in office cafeteria are way worse. Hope they using them from start of this synergy park.
- Security is next level, new policy day by day. Hope one day they will ask DNA test to enter Ofc😊.
- No coffee machines available, only a pantry guy has to help us.
- Most of the employees looks depressed.
- Going office daily for 2 hrs.
Waiting to see what will tcs will show me further 😂
I'm working from synergy park from last 1 year .. everyday I'm just swiping main gate and coming back to home... And doing WFH without getting WFH... Happy life😁

I am sure 7th point is coming soon. But atleast you got placed in project. I also joined early July. Was assigned to a project and held client interview. Rejected though giving 100% right answers that also twice 🤣🥲

Onboarding is worst in TCS. They intake in mass, hence they have no idea how to handle that pressure. HR has no understanding how the system work for a newcomer and doesn't show empathy or basic sense.
