Trending @Cognizant; My DOJ is Jul 2022 didn't get A promotion,my YOE is 33 months but in HM portal it's showing 27 months.Anyone facing same ?

I figured out that for A promotion we need to have 30 months in a project either billable or non billable. If we are on the bench your total exp will be deducted by a total no of bench days/months. Anyone who are not promoted , the main reason is this ig. Please comment down your thoughts.
