My DOJ is 26 july and yea rating is 4, 5. But still the manager says it's not in my hand

There are some criteria for manager as told my manager: 1.you should complete 30 month before Jan 10 for promotion in Q1 promotion 2.wfo should be complete at least 75_80% [not sure] 3.rating should be = >3 And there were two more about goperform something I don't remember

If all criteria are matching, you should get it in Q2.

Last promotion date till date if it is 2 years then you are eligible

If you are doing automation then chance for promotion. In case you are not in automation testing learn immediately

It's with higher management I. E your project EDL so they need to ask them

You should be eligible in Q1 did you talk to your Manager?
