Forget this offer , the issue is from your end as you didn't tell your notice period is 90 Days before giving interview

Yes but they are not agreeing, give me some idea so that i can come on bench and after that i can resign quickly

No idea bro ask them to you can negotiate only one month np out of three You can give medical reasons for one month last np

Forge the offer.I do not think you will be able to join new company.Nothing can be done in 1 week.No one going to release you in 1 week what ever reason like family,medical you will give.You should tell your company that yo need atleast 30-45 days to join.No company release any resource in 1 week if he is allocated.

Once offer comes I will request the new company to extend revise joining date upto 1 month for project handover in current company lets see what happens
