Same for me as well. But can you compare last year April salary to this year. It will be more. Not sure how they are playing with our CTC

My actual cTC is 13.xx but in payslip it's showing 11.xx...so after deduction it's 10.xx so tax is deducted.....I am confused 😕

Guys net income will be changed with every months salary, no need to worry and at the end of year your ctc will match in payslip
