Is it mandatory to achieve min p2 level in my competency exam for primary skill. It not cleared then what happened?
Yes achieving min P2 is mandatory, you will be given a couple of re-attempts if you fail to achieve at the first time, even after re-attempts if you are not able to achieve P2 then you would have to go through HR discussion
Imp when you are trying for a promotion or Good hikes.
Else not so important. Nothing like termination or hr discussion etc. if you are so scared get some certificate in that field and upload they automatically raise your proficiency to p2 in many cases.
How to upload the certificate from where can we upload. I don't see any option to upload it or take assessment for particular skill set
If you are part of Salesforce domain, you can achieve proficiency by completing certification
Some projects may ask you to secure P3 mandatory, well it depends on project.
