Yes, seems they are preparing to release from today.

As the HCL CEO said in a recent interview that employees are getting basic hikes that are around 7%. But that looks like that hike is not for everyone. Today is the last salary day of December and my HR said that hike letters will be on this weekend...but still in portal not reflected ...It means... HIKE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE🙃
