My company wants me to retain but HR said they will give the update salary from the next appraisal cycle july and from LWD to June as bonus

be direct that salary would increase from this month itself or you leave

Don't fall for the trap. My colleague fell for the same last year and guess what the appraisals were delayed , and it's been a year and all the promises that were made are not effective apparently because they already got backup resources

Switch if u have offers and conditions are good
