My company Hcltech has 3 months notice period, I have one offer is pipeline client interview is pending they are asking me to join within a month, i need to get released from the current company within a month, also i have recently joined new project in Hcltech since 2 months, my company as well as my project should allow me for the immediate release, guys suggest me what I can do in this situation, share me the very strong reason I can tell them then they can release me immediately, may be ethical or unethical any wrong reason reasons suggest me please guys
In the present situation barring some employees having dependency, most are getting released within 2 weeks of putting down the papers . So you can talk to your RM before putting down the papers and then take a call
Due buy back option ..they will allows only if your manager accepts i think
You are in a difficult situation since you joined a new project…it’s not going to be easy…sorry I can’t think of anything. You should have planned better….
