Trending @Cognizant; My colleague got PA to A e letter in Mar3rd week, in e letter it is mentioned that it's effective from Jan,so he promoted in Q1 or 2024 Q4?

Ok, my manager said I will get promoted this quarter,he nomited me and I got good feedback from higher management he said, so when can I expect e letter for that, and it is for Q1 right?

Some people were saying change should be reflected by 11th April.

But in all honesty no one knows when it's gonna happen, so the only option is to wait.
