Same issue i am facing, personal wifi is working but office lan and wifi both not working for opening the client website for VM. I raised a gsd but they just said like i need to raise some firewall port no idea how to do it.
I connected with IT team regarding the same, they told me we need to raise RTO request where we need to raise request to manager for allocating us dedicated seat in office where they will set up wifi and LAN service specific for us and we need to report to office 5 days a week compulsory if we want to do this
Disable the proxy settings and try
For our project also we were facing these issues. GSD team said to have fixed seat tagged to us then they will do firewall and other stuffs and it was not possible so our client approved for us the WFH.
