Trending @HCL; My client is not happy with my performance and they are giving me one warning what happened if they off board, will HCL provide another project or they asked me to resign?

But did you introspect why your customer is not happy. Did you get their feedback on what they expect from you. Were you forced to work in a skill that you do not have enough experience? What caused it?

Correct they assigned me a task which i am not aware of and also told you have to discover your self

Then you must have discussed this with your ma nager as well as customer. You should have done either of two things: Negotiate with customer with realistic timeline considering it’s a new skill for you and tell them them there is a learning curve involved and you need access to these before you begin and before you share that with the customer, you should run it through your manager so that he/she is aware of it and can guide you. Next tell them if they need quick response on it then it’s better for someone with the relevant skill set to work on it for a quicker turnaround. You have to have the skill to negotiate talk and persuade. These are soft skills that are as important as your tech skills.

These are my manager's comments "HCL will not remove or terminate, you will survive they will move you but your manager's comments/feedback are important for movement". Wherever you go you are still in HCL, there shadow follows. Frankly speaking this is one company I don't want to join if I want micro manage my subordinates and not trusting them of there capability. If this is happening than I am not a leader or torch bearer for team members. In my last 3 organisations I made sure that people have grown along with me while I was growing in my career, but I feel that in HCL it would not work that way, reason is micro managed at everything is properly has to go through a kind set guidelines and step by step process. I am sorry for being straight forward on this but still I feel that it is a f*** shit company. Moreover my manager's manager tells me the it is a government company you can never be terminated, but still the feedback follows still you are there in HCL. I wanna step by step when my father's father or his granddard working it was just just and a simple note used to work but now everything has to be on black and blue that is by email or a documented note for someone to move to another team. Trust me the days were more simple and better but the more the data we have the more our lives going to become miserable people my think I am on the wrong side but still someone else not behind you to manage even when you are going to pis or shit. I am being 100% Frank on this and true to this you have to be yourself and out prove yourself by everyone in the group

Recently my friend was on the bench they told him to find a new project he attended some interview internally and was not selected They were given time for 3 months and he didn't find any project after that asked him to put the paper. So try to find a new project asap.

No one will ask you to resign, don't worry

Cross check right SLA agreement of Client. Keep in track and stick to the agreement. Client always wants to exploit beyond sla.
In case you have no skill what agreed either improve or switch to project where your skills fit.

Yes you will get another project

My suggestion, upload a resume and try to capture a new opportunity. Don't die here like a Frog in a well.
