My career is a joke at TCS 🤡
Working at TCS has been nothing short of a disappointment. The so-called "job security" they boast about is the only thing going for them.
Job security alone doesn't pay the bills or bring job satisfaction.
My pay package is so laughable + there is no room for career growth here. It is almost like they want you to stagnate, my managers know so little that I can only think that the smart people leave and only the mediocre remain at TCS.
TCS is a place where dreams go to die. I joined through TCS Ninja ~2 years ago because Amazon revoked my offer and that was my biggest mistake.
I am preparing for FAANG again now.

Still you are ninja. Y? U should clear digital atleast

Not interested in these funny exams anymore. I am preparing for FAANG

Don't prepare for these ninja digital it won't give anything in return. Even after clearing these exams little bit increase in salary but still at same place n in some old shit project which has no growth at all. so better leave this place and go somewhere better.

I am also thinking to leave Capgemini bcoz there is no project.... But leaving it without any offer in hand seems like a problem to me and I just don't know where to look for another job.
Any help??

Hey even I want to prepare for Faang. Can we connect and keep each other accountable?

Exactly ! Am leaving Wipro . These WITCH companies will only stamp you to become mediocre just like them.
I know Job security is a concern but remember the more you stay at once place the suffocate it gets . managers , old supporting projects , no work life balance , clearing backlog works of any past support service company these guys just hop project from one to another . Anyways best of luck buddy .

Sahi mei I am also feeling this too real man.

It feels like same situation, poeple dont know what a manager is, looks like managers are routers everywhere, same qualities : asslickers, dumb, no empathy, they just shamelessly pass on the information as told by the senior management.

Their only agenda is to enjoy free money by being toxic.

All the best !

tq

I was once in a similar situation buddy Hope you get the best out of this situation !
I know youre in pain. I share your pain.
Learn how to "grow" through the pain, and dont just "go" through the pain. That should do the trick.

All the best bro. Praying for you

thank you bro

Best of buddy

thank you bro
