My boss don't want to leave me on time even if I signing in on time.

Boss keeps me telling that you should work on yourself, give more time in office even after working hours. I am fed up of reaching early in office and going late in the night. Please share some experienced thoughts on this.

Just sit in office and do personal work/chilling in the corner. Keep some work open in window to switch to if someone comes up.
