Trending @HCL; My billing is already over still my manager isn’t releasing from the project he has kept me as non billable what should I do to come out

  1. If you are doing any kind of work when u r non billable stop doing that since u want releaae.
  2. Dont go to office dont follow the norms once HR escalation happen say your query because if you say on ur own no one listens.
  3. Get connect with your L4 Head or meet him to ask for release.

Can I apply directly to other accounts when I have already completed in this project already 2 years…..is that possible? Do we require his approval for the release?

There’s no work simply keeping in the pool even though other projects ppl are ready to take me he is not allowing by stating waiting for client approval truth there’s no vacancy
