My band , from A to C , not sure about the reason🥲

I was working in one account from last 3.21 years and I have always received good feedback from client and A band

But this time I got C , I think it's because I changed my project in January , i now they don't care 😑

What's your thoughts on this ?

Hmm but it's disappointing , i worked April 2024 to Jan2025 with them , they should justify there Banding system

Same happened with me. April - dec = 4ipf Jan - march = 3.7ipf Band C 😐

When was your last promotion? If within a year then obviously you will C band.
