My 3ish weeks on Grapevine

When I had installed the app after seeing adverts on LinkedIn, I had thought that this app would have some great discussions, people talking about ideas, startups, their work and challenges they are facing at work. Instead what I found was

• Questions about Virginity
• How to find girls, how to talk to girls, Are girls unicorns?
• Some user posting highly problematic content in the guise of memes.
• Another one posting random garbage as motivational content. Sad but I have seen cringe content on Linkedin which was motivational than that
• People asking for referrals like its a mint or something with zero effort on their part and want them to be spoonfed a job
• I also explored pops, firstly finding it was like a finding out one is werewolf on full moon night! How is feature discovery so bad.
• Its mostly used by cohort of 7-8 people who uses it as gossip corner. Talking absolute gibberish to anyone else trying to follow.
• Few users in pops are fighting, few flirting like they are still in school. Some lady acting like Rajmaata from Bahubali and shows up in everypost giving gyaan.
• Some user posting about how they are going to delete the app and still posting the next day.
• And dont get me started about the app, its the most buggy app i have every seen. I don’t know if the dev team even does testing

In short this app is trash and I thought i would contribute to trash before getting rid of it for good!
