Avoid people who never hold themselves accountable - the kind who always blame others when something goes wrong. If that's your life partner, sorry for you, mate. If it's your parents, good luck. And if it's a colleague, don't engage with them. Create boundaries you don't really have to burn bridges (although I have done that recently).
